My brother and I took our mother to Andaz to celebrate Mother’s Day . They had a special Mother’s Day brunch. The buffet spread was probably the biggest I’ve even seen. They had food from practically every corner of the world. I got my sushi 🍣 My brother got his bhatooras and my mum got her pastas . The live chat stall however was one happy experience for us as it made us relive our childhood for every bite reminded us of stories. Though our tummy’s were exploding but then we had to have that pistachio & butter cream layered cake. It melted in our mouths. Now these are calories we didn’t mind at all 😁 We went out by the water falls and pool to take a walk in the gardens when i realised I had misplaced my phone somewhere. I asked the pool staff for some help and he immediately got me the security manager. That young & handsome chap was so quick to think on his feet and came back within 10 mins with my phone and I was relieved 😌 If you are in Aerocity- Do stop by at Andaz and I promise you, you won’t be able to go anywhere else.

Was a decent stay. Room was good. Swimming pool not worth it. Quite limited open space in the hotel. Did not like the tent arrangement.

First it was the poor room readiness and cleanliness at the time of check-in. It was sorted out upon me calling them but it’s not okay to check-in to an undone room. Second, Hyatt needs to prepare better for F&B arrangements for a large group gathering - clearly they were under prepared at this event. Third, we had a medical situation with one of the guests ( as one of their chandelier dropped right on our table) and their response to that situation was very casual and laid back. Many of us including me had a narrow escape from being seriously injured due to this but no one even cared to check. Infact the friend of ours who actually got injured was being looked after only by our group. Andaz needs to train staff better to respond in these situations.

I have been going along with my son to Andaz Hyatt, Aerocity for learning swimming. Pool is very nice, clean and economical. Staff is very friendly and flexible, especially coach Jitender - he is very patient with kids, understands each child needs, flexible and keeps on motivating them which aspires them to learn. I am happy that I chose Andaz for swimming this summers and especially under training of coach Jitender.
